Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is optional
Purchase of Collision Damage Waiver reduces customers liability on damages to an amount ranging from 600.00 USD to 1,000.00 USD depending on the car group rented. If coverage is not purchased, customer will be responsible for full value of Avis vehicle.

Note: If you require additional insurance coverage you may purchase locally to reduce/remove the insurance excess. Just ask at the Avis rental desk when you collect your car.
Avis accepts the Avis Charge Card, American Express, MasterCard and Visa. An additional charge card hold of the estimated rental charges, plus a deductible of 300.00 USD and 20% will apply.
Debit cards are not accepted.
At the time of rental, the driver must present a valid driver's license in the driver's name from their country of residence. Customers presenting a driver's license in a non-Roman alphabet must also present an International Driving Permit (IDP) to serve as a translation in addition to their valid drivers license.
Public liability insurance is in accordance with the insurance laws of the country. Customer may inquire at the time of rental for additional information of the benefits, conditions and acceptance.
Note: Some credit cards provide insurance coverage, with certain limitations, as a benefit of using the card to rent vehicles. The customer is advised to contact the card issuer before the rental. Any waiver must be discussed directly with the location upon arrival.
