Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is mandatory and included in the rates
Relieves the renter of all financial responsibility for loss or damage to the Avis vehicle in the event of an accident.

Foreign Driver Coverage (FDC) is mandatory
Protects all drivers from any liability in the event of an accident.

Theft Protection (TP) is optional
Relieves the renter of all financial responsibility for loss or damage to the Avis vehicle in the event of theft or attempted theft.

Note: If you require additional insurance coverage you may purchase locally to reduce/remove the insurance excess.  Just ask at the Avis rental desk when you collect your car.

Avis Kuwait accepts Avis Charge Cards, American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard / Eurocard, Visa.

Debit cards are not accepted.

At the time of rental, the driver must present a valid driver's license in the driver's name from their country of residence.  Customers presenting a driver's license in a non-Roman alphabet must also present an International Driving Permit (IDP) to serve as a translation in addition to their valid drivers license.

Public liability insurance is in accordance with the insurance laws of the country.  Customer may inquire at the time of rental for additional information of the benefits, conditions and acceptance.

Note: Some credit cards provide insurance coverage, with certain limitations, as a benefit of using the card to rent vehicles.  The customer is advised to contact the card issuer before the rental.  Any waiver must be discussed directly with the location upon arrival.

At this location the minimum age is 23 for all car groups, except for the following: minimum age is 21 for car groups A (Subcompact), B (Intermediate), D and E (Standard Size).

Must be returned with a full tank.
