General Directions
AIRPORT ARRIVALS Include airline and flight number on the reservation. The customer must call the counter during office hours for pick-up service.
After-hours Returns
Park & lock the car. Place the completed contract & the keys in the Drop Box located in the Returns area. Remember to take your personal belongings with you.

Optional Coverages

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is optional (taxable)
Customer is liable for the full value of the Avis vehicle if Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is not taken. If CDW is purchased, the renter's liability is between $400.00 and $950.00, depending on car group rented.

Note: If you require additional insurance coverage you may purchase locally to reduce/remove the insurance excess.  Just ask at the Avis rental desk when you collect your car.

Global insurance coverages are always subject to change. Please verify at time of rental.

Avis accepts Avis Charge Cards, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa.


Debit Card Policies

Debit cards are not accepted.


Driver's License Requirements

Valid driver's license from country of residence is required.  International driving license is required only for countries with non-Roman alphabet.  International driving license is a translation only.  All drivers must also obtain local driving license at beginning of rental.  Available at the counter.  Cost is approximately 24.00 USD (price subject to change).

Public Liability and Property Damage

Public liability insurance is in accordance with the insurance laws of the country.  Customer may inquire at the time of rental for additional information of the benefits, conditions and acceptance.

Note: Some credit cards provide insurance coverage, with certain limitations, as a benefit of using the card to rent vehicles.  The customer is advised to contact the card issuer before the rental.  Any waiver must be discussed directly with the location upon arrival.


Age Requirements

At this location the minimum age to rent is 25 years for all car groups.  The maximum age to rent is 70 years for all car groups.
