The Avis office is located on Capital Ave SW at the intersection of Hamblin Ave and Capital Ave SW. We are located inside DoubleTree by Hilton Battle Creek hotel lobby at street level and the parking entrance is located on Jackson St west.
The vehicles are located within the parking garage, the entrance is located on Jackson St west.

NOTE: Some locations may have a key drop available:
Drop Box Available: If the customer chooses to leave the vehicle, the customer is responsible for the vehicle & all charges (including any damages or theft of the vehicle may have incurred during after hours) until the contract can be closed on the following business day.
Drop Box NOT Available: If the location does not have a key drop box, the location does not permit vehicles to be left after closing hours. The customer should never lock or leave the keys inside the car. The customer is responsible for the vehicle & all charges (including any damages to or theft of the vehicle and locksmith fees if they choose to lock the keys in the car). The customer can either choose to return the car the next day the location is open OR change the Drop Off Location to the nearest Regional Airport. Customer is responsible for all charges related to the drop-off modification.
