Proceed to the Avis counter in the baggage claim area. Show your driver's license to receive your preprinted rental document and keys. Rental cars are parked outside the baggage claim area.

General Directions

COUNTER: AIRLINE PASSENGERS: Located in the terminal near baggage claim.

COUNTER: WALK-UP RENTERS: Traveling on I-495: take Exit 19A (US-50) towards Annapolis. Merge onto US-50E towards Ocean City. From US-50E, turn slight left onto Salisbury Bypass. Take US-50E ramp towards Ocean City. Merge onto US-50 BR E. Then, US-50 BR E becomes US-50E. Stay straight to go onto Hobbs Road. Turn left onto MD-350. Turn right onto Airport Road. Follow airport signs for "Arrivals" or "Baggage Claim". This will lead to the baggage claim area entrance. Location is inside Salisbury/Wicomico County Airport. Proceed inside to the Avis counter.

CARS: Located outside baggage claim.

RETURNS: Same as pick-up.

AFTER HOURS RETURNS: Rental vehicle must be returned during office hours.
NOTE: Some locations may have a key drop available. If the customer chooses to leave the vehicle, the customer is responsible for the vehicle & all charges (including any damages the vehicle may have incurred during after hours) until the contract can be closed on the following business day.
If the location does not have a key drop box, the location does not permit vehicles to be left after closing hours. The customer should never lock the keys inside the car. The customer will be charged a fee for a locksmith to unlock the vehicle.

Salisbury Airport Rental Car Return

Once you have reached 5485 Airport Terminal Road, Suite H, Salisbury, MD 21804, drive past the terminal sign and look for a green sign directing you toward car rental return. It’s the same area as the airport’s car rental pickup. After parking the car, make sure you have all your belongings and proceed to checkout at the Avis rental desk.
