If flying in, the rental counter is within the terminal with a short walk to the car lot.
Preferred Service
Follow terminal sinage to Ground Transport West to the Rental Car Center inside the Terminal.to the Avis counter in the baggage claim area. Locate the Preferred line at the rental counter. Show your drivers license to the Avis rental agent in order to receive your preprinted rental document & keys. The rental agent will direct you to your space in the parking garage.
General Directions
Avis is located in the Rental Car Center at 3057 Terminal Dr, Hebron, KY at Cincinnati/N Kentucky Intl Apo. The Rental Car Center is now a part of the CVG Terminal - no need to get on a shuttle. Rental car pick up or drop off will take place in the new consolidated and connected Rental Car Center. If flying: Avis cars will now be accessible by walking from baggage claim - no shuttles needed. Follow Terminal signage to Ground Transport West to the Rental Car Center inside the Terminal.
RETURNS: The return lot is available for early returns starting at 3:00 am Monday-Friday and 4:00 am on Saturday/Sunday.
After-hours Returns
Rental vehicle must be returned during office hours.NOTE: Some locations may have a key drop available:
Drop Box Available: If the customer chooses to leave the vehicle, the customer is responsible for the vehicle & all charges (including any damages or theft of the vehicle may have incurred during after hours) until the contract can be closed on the following business day.
Drop Box NOT Available: If the location does not have a key drop box, the location does not permit vehicles to be left after closing hours. The customer should never lock or leave the keys inside the car. The customer is responsible for the vehicle & all charges (including any damages to or theft of the vehicle and locksmith fees if they choose to lock the keys in the car). The customer can either choose to return the car the next day the location is open OR change the Drop Off Location to the nearest Regional Airport. Customer is responsible for all charges related to the drop-off modification.
