Note - Due to construction at this office customers requiring to be picked up or dropped off at the Port or Embassy Suites downtown hotel will need to do one of the following:
Customers can download the Downtowner App to their phone then schedule the shuttle service to pick up or drop them off at the Port of Tampa or Embassy Suites Hotel. The Downtowner is an electric shuttle service provided free of charge by the city of Tampa. It is about a 4 to 5 min. ride. The Downtowner runs 6AM to 11PM weekdays and 11AM to 11PM weekends.
Customers can call the Blue One Transportation shuttle service for an additional charge to arrange to be picked up or dropped off from the Port of Tampa or Embassy Suites Hotel.
NOTE: Some locations may have a key drop available:
Drop Box Available: If the customer chooses to leave the vehicle, the customer is responsible for the vehicle & all charges (including any damages or theft of the vehicle may have incurred during after hours) until the contract can be closed on the following business day.
Drop Box NOT Available: If the location does not have a key drop box, the location does not permit vehicles to be left after closing hours. The customer should never lock or leave the keys inside the car. The customer is responsible for the vehicle & all charges (including any damages to or theft of the vehicle and locksmith fees if they choose to lock the keys in the car). The customer can either choose to return the car the next day the location is open OR change the Drop Off Location to the nearest Regional Airport. Customer is responsible for all charges related to the drop-off modification.
