Preferred Service
An HP employee renting at this location must be a Preferred Renter and his/her Wizard number must be included on the reservation.Depart the plane & proceed to the Atlantic Aviation counter. Advise the aviation personnel that you are an Avis Preferred Renter. Show your drivers license to receive your preprinted rental document & keys. Your car will be parked in the designated stalls in front of the HP Hangar.
After-hours Returns
Rental vehicle must be returned during office hours.NOTE: Some locations may have a key drop available:
Drop Box Available: If the customer chooses to leave the vehicle, the customer is responsible for the vehicle & all charges (including any damages or theft of the vehicle may have incurred during after hours) until the contract can be closed on the following business day.
Drop Box NOT Available: If the location does not have a key drop box, the location does not permit vehicles to be left after closing hours. The customer should never lock or leave the keys inside the car. The customer is responsible for the vehicle & all charges (including any damages to or theft of the vehicle and locksmith fees if they choose to lock the keys in the car). The customer can either choose to return the car the next day the location is open OR change the Drop Off Location to the nearest Regional Airport. Customer is responsible for all charges related to the drop-off modification.
